As a part of our team, you'll be challenged to pursue excellence and inspired to collaborate in reshaping the mortgage industry—making your journey at BRX Mortgage both impactful and rewarding.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Run Daily Ops:</b> Lead and manage the rhythm of the business—1:1 staff meetings, team check-ins, and ensuring projects are prioritized and moving forward on schedule.</li><li><b>HR & People Leadership:</b> Oversee HR processes, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and culture initiatives.</li><li><b>Operational Execution:</b> Streamline workflows, solve bottlenecks, and ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.</li><li><b>Technology & Systems:</b> Leverage tech platforms and tools to increase efficiency, productivity, and accountability across the company.</li><li><b>Mortgage Ops Expertise:</b> Mortgage knowledge is an asset—understanding the needs of a mortgage agent, flow of deals, compliance, and partner relationships helps you lead more effectively.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Operations Leadership:</b> 5+ years in operations, ideally in financial services, professional services, or fast-growing companies.</li><li><b>Management Experience:</b> Proven ability to lead teams, manage direct reports, and drive accountability.
